Contest Diet:

In terms of drinks - I have filter coffee, plus i'll continue to use skimmed milk until about 4 weeks out. I also drink sugar free squash and Crystal lite. I also use sweetner!

Supplements:

Off season Diet: My off season diet is much the same as my contest diet however I eat in larger quantities. I also have the weekends free to eat more 'cheat' type foods. Sometimes I will have protein bars/puddings instead of shakes.

My favourite cheat foods/meals are: Indian meals, Nandos and ice cream!
